Argilo-calcareous ground.
Vinification method:
Thermo wine making regulated in direct pressing.
Manual grape harvest wich allows the selection of the clusters.
Temperature:
To consume between 10° and 12°
Food / wine pairing:
Goes well with many and varied starters, Asian dishes and fish.
